Back Where We Belong

Our children and Tim are all back where they belong after the funeral.  They spent some time at Laura's house in Farmington, NM together.  

My week was crazier than usual because I was covering for Tim too.  I didn't want to have to drive our van all over Brisbane so Elder Patton, the Vehicle Coordinator, lent me a sedan to drive while Tim was gone.  Life saver!!!  I had to go into the city several times and to the mall twice so I was glad I didn't have to driver the big monster!

We're setting up what I call the temple flat. The Temple Department from Salt Lake City asked us to find a flat for one of the counselors in the new temple presidency--they start in September.  It is only 3-4 blocks from the temple which is awesome and the view from their back porch is spectacular! (3rd floor) Here you can see the temple spire lit up.

We are back in the office and it is beautiful!  I didn't think the refurbishing would make that big a difference but the new lights alone make it so bright and pretty! New paint, new carpet and new furniture!  My desk is in the corner just where I want it so other people don't distract me. :D       

                         

Our replacements will be here in 2 months, the Hulls from Redlands, California. Wow! That went fast!

Tim is trying to re-adjust to Australia and I'm glad to have him back.  We can tackle this week together.  Love you all.  Thank you for all your support and prayers especially for the family after Gloria's passing. 💖
